Profitec DRIVE is an elegant espresso machine that offers maximum performance and convenience. This updated model is a successful sequel to the previous flagship product, the Profitec Pro 700 espresso machine.

The DRIVE dual boiler has separate boilers for coffee water and steam, which ensures excellent power for the size of the device. The temperature of both boilers is easy to adjust from the device's control panel.

The device has a professional-grade rotary pump that ensures consistent pressure. The Profitec E61 gruppo weighs approximately 4kg, which ensures consistent gruppo temperature.

To get your machine up and running faster, you can activate the quick heat-up mode. The DRIVE espresso machine has the option to program automatic start and stop times.

The built-in Flow Control valve allows you to adjust the water flow to the gruppo and also change it during extraction. Different settings are available for active and passive pre-extraction, which achieves the best possible result. The integrated PID control allows for individual temperature settings for both boilers. The discreet OLED display shows you the espresso flow time with an accuracy of one second, but also provides a wealth of information. In addition, you can make a variety of other settings.

You can use the device with a water tank or connect the device to a water connection. You can also turn the steam boiler on or off as needed.
