Warranty

Devices sold for private use have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Devices sold for business use have a limited product warranty, the length and coverage of the warranty are agreed with the customer on a case-by-case basis.

The warranty covers defects in the device that are not caused by the user, such as manufacturing defects, defective components/materials, malfunctions, etc. The warranty does not cover defects caused by user error or negligence, or defects caused by, for example, normal wear and tear.


Warranty repair

If a defect occurs in a device delivered through kahvikoneet.fi, the customer must report this to kahvikoneet.fi customer service (asiakaspalvelu@kahvikoneet.fi).

Consumer customers' coffee machines are generally returned to either the coffee machine manufacturer or the importer of the machine. The duration of the warranty repair depends on many different factors, such as the maintenance situation, type of fault, availability of spare parts, etc. However, we always aim to service the machine as quickly as possible.

Restoration

If for some reason the products you purchased are not suitable for your use, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. The money, including shipping costs, will be refunded in full to the account you provided within 30 days of returning the product.

In business-to-business transactions (orders with a Business ID), we comply with the terms and conditions stated in the online store's order and contract terms. In consumer transactions, we comply with the distance selling provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Consumer Protection Act (38/1978), Chapter 6: Home Sales and Distance Selling).

Returns are only accepted when the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused, in saleable condition and packed in its original packaging.

If the customer returns the order, the refund only applies to the amount of the products, shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer must pay the costs of returning or exchanging the product. We are also not responsible for any indirect costs that may arise from the return. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned products are stored in appropriate premises and at appropriate temperatures.
Custom-made products (goods that are manufactured, ordered from a manufacturer, or modified according to the consumer's wishes) do not have a right of return.
If the product has lost its resale value due to the customer, the customer is obliged to compensate Brimeon Oy (Kahvikoneet.fi) for the difference between the product's sales price and the depreciation price. The depreciation of the product is handled on a case-by-case basis.
