Kahvikoneet.fi offers its customers several different delivery options to choose from. The different delivery methods and their current prices can be seen on the order confirmation page when placing an order before making a binding transaction.
If the product is in Kahvikoneet.fin's own warehouse, orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of placing the order. If the product is not in stock at the time of delivery, it will be backordered. The delivery time for ordered products can vary between 1-5 weeks, depending on the delivery times specified by the equipment manufacturers. Orders are only delivered to Finland.

Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The order confirmation includes a receipt for your purchase. When the product has a warranty, this receipt also serves as a warranty certificate.

We will also always send a tracking code to the email you provide, which you can use to track the progress of your package.

Companies (limited liability companies) can order Kahvikoneet.fi products with an invoice. Enter the company name and business ID at checkout.

Shipping prices and methods

  • Orders over €150 = FREE (pickup point)
  • DB Schenker pickup point = €8.90
  • Posti parcel machine / pickup point = €8.90
  • Posti Express = €8.90
  • Posti home delivery = €14.90

The delivery method for devices intended for business use is agreed with the customer on a case-by-case basis.



Uncollected orders

If the customer does not pick up an order that was ordered for collection at the selected delivery location, kahvikoneet.fi reserves the right to charge the customer the actual costs of the delivery costs (1 x delivery to the collection point + 1 x return to the warehouse). The costs are at least €12 (incl. VAT). If the customer wants the undelivered products to be delivered to him again, the customer can place a new order for the products from the kahvikoneet.fi online store.

The customer must report product and transport damage no later than 7 days after receiving the goods. It is also a good idea to take pictures of the damaged package and contents and send them to kahvikoneet.fi customer service (asiakaspalvelu@kahvikoneet.fi).

If products are missing from the shipment, this must be reported to kahvikoneet.fi customer service (asiakaspalvelu@kahvikoneet.fi) no later than 7 days after receiving the order.
