General
Kahvikoneet.fi is an online store where the products are sold by Brimeon Oy (business ID 3085707-2 , Härmälänkatu 25 A 8, 33900 Tampere). Customers and Kahvikoneet.fin The sales contract between the parties shall primarily comply with these terms and conditions and, in other respects, with consumer customers, with Finnish consumer legislation and with business customers, with the Finnish Commercial Code.
Coffee machines.fi is not responsible for any product defects, delivery delays or other breach of contract caused by Kahvikonet.fin due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Even in such a situation, Kahvikoneet.fi strives to serve the customer in the best possible way and informs the customer of force majeure without delay.

Ordering
Products are mainly ordered online at Kahvikoneet.fi via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing your order.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order.
When placing an order, a binding sales contract is created when the customer has submitted their order in the online store. By placing an order, the customer undertakes to purchase the products and services specified in their order in accordance with these terms and conditions. The customer is advised to check the content of their order carefully before confirming the order.
Order confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by email, where you can see the ordered products and their prices. You can check the contents of your order through your user account on our website.
Product inspection and complaints
Upon receipt of the delivery, the customer must immediately check that the delivered products are free of defects and that the delivery has included all ordered products. If the customer notices that there is a defect in the delivered product or that the order is otherwise incorrect, the customer must immediately and no later than 7 days after receipt of the delivery notify the Kahvikoneet.fi online store customer service, customer service@kahvikoneet.fi . However, a customer's complaint does not mean that the product is considered to have a defect, but rather the defect and the consequences of the defect are determined pursuant to the Finnish Commercial Code (355/1987).

Dispute resolution
If a disagreement arises between the parties regarding the transaction or these terms and conditions, the parties will primarily seek to resolve the disagreements through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach an amicable settlement, the dispute will be resolved in the Pirkanmaa District Court in Finland. However, the consumer customer may take the dispute to the general district court of his or her place of residence or consumer disputes board to be resolved. Force majeure
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the fact that the delivery of the order is prevented, made more difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of an authority, disruption of public transport or other similar activities that impede the Seller's operations.
