PAYMENT IN THE KAHVIKONEET.FI ONLINE STORE
Products and their shipping costs are paid for when ordering.
The payment intermediary service is implemented and provided by Shopify and Klarna Oy (head office address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Klarna Oy appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Klarna Oy has a payment institution license.
In case of complaints, we ask that you first contact the product supplier.

MORE ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer payment methods such as card and online banking, as well as invoice and installment payments. Our secure payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.
Klarna Checkout shows you certain information as soon as you are identified. The information you provide for identification varies depending on the purchase and the customer. A credit check is never performed directly in Klarna Checkout, but as needed depending on the payment method you have chosen. The credit checks performed by Klarna do not affect your creditworthiness, and they cannot be seen by other parties that request a credit check from you, such as banks.
Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout will show you the options available to you. The default payment method is invoice, but you are of course free to choose another method, such as direct bank payment or card payment. The options offered to you may vary from time to time. You can choose whether you want to protect your use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code.
All payment-related information and messages will come to you directly from Klarna.

CARD PAYMENTS
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Paying with a credit card in our online store is easy and secure. Card payments in our online store are handled by Shopify Payments and Klarna Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. During the payment transaction, credit card information is always processed in a secure network connection.
ONLINE BANKS
You can pay for your order through the online payment button of any Finnish bank (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki).
When you have the usernames provided by your own bank and are paying for your online purchases, you will briefly go from our online store pages to your own bank and pay for the products you have selected directly from your own account.
The payee is Klarna Oy, which handles payment processing for our online store.
MOBILE PAYMENTS
Google Pay
Google Pay is an easy and convenient way to pay for purchases on your Android device or a Google-enabled browser, such as Google's own Chrome browser. To use Google Pay, your Android device must be running Android Lollipop 5.0 or later. Google Pay Terms of Use .

INVOICE AND INSTALLMENT
Klarna pay later
Kahvikoneet.fi also offers the option of paying by invoice through its partner Klarna. Klarna will send you a link to the invoice in a separate email. Paying with a Klarna invoice is safe and easy. You do not need to provide your payment card details, you only pay after the products have been delivered to you.- Payment period – always at least 14 days

The invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made, a payment reminder fee of EUR 5 will be charged and late payment interest will be charged according to the Finnish Interest Act. A credit check will be performed at the time of payment, in which case Klarna may request credit information. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
When the payment method is invoice, Klarna will perform a standard credit check when ordering. If Klarna does not approve your credit application, you will not receive credit, and Kahvikoneet.fi will prompt you to choose another payment method. Klarna uses personal data to perform customer analysis, identify the person, perform credit checks and marketing. When contacting Klarna, the personal identification number is used as the customer number.
